The company’s inaugural football simulation game will be named EA Sports FC 24, effectively marking the end of the FIFA series. The livestream will cover gameplay mechanics, game technologies, and various game modes. However, it should be noted that the scenes showcased in the announcement trailer are not representative of actual in-game footage, although they were created using EA’s Frostbite game engine.

Another noteworthy aspect of the trailer is the presence of licenses. Following the separation from FIFA, it was uncertain whether EA Sports FC 24 would possess team and jersey licenses. However, it appears that EA has managed to retain licensing rights for at least major teams and leagues. The availability of licenses for lower leagues remains uncertain at this time.

Finally, while not officially confirmed, it is mentioned that EA Sports FC 24 is set to release on September 29th.
