Best Team Recommendations for Winning the Pokemon Go Spring Cup

The Pokemon Go Battle League is always introducing new challenges to keep trainers on their toes, and the latest addition is the Spring Cup. This cup is focused on Fairy, Grass, and Water-type Pokemon, so building a winning team requires careful consideration. To help you come out on top, we’ve put together some of the best team recommendations, including Galarian Weezing, Ferrothorn, and Pelipper, and Tentacruel, Abomasnow, and Lanturn.

To get a better idea of what to expect, PvPoke’s rankings can give you insight into the most popular Pokemon in the meta. Remember, however, that there’s no perfect team since your opponent’s Pokemon will affect your strategy. Keep in mind that only Pokemon below 1,500 CP can participate and Toxapex is banned from this cup.

While this is a challenging cup due to the limited selection of eligible Pokemon, dual-types that are at least half Fairy, Grass, or Water-type can still compete. The Spring Cup begins on April 5th, 2023, and runs until April 12th, 2023, alongside the Master League. For those interested in the Master League, we also have the best team guide available.
