Crystal Dynamics, the studio behind the Tomb Raider franchise, has unveiled fresh artwork for the upcoming game on a dedicated website. The showcased images feature what is referred to as a ‘unified’ Lara Croft—a blend of the classic Croft and the more recent character model introduced in 2013.

This iteration of Lara Croft is not entirely new, as Call of Duty fans may recognize the character model from an exclusive Tomb Raider bundle released last year. The artwork depicts the iconic heroine wielding Colt pistols, dressed in her classic blue tank top and short shorts. In one of the shots, Croft is poised for battle against a formidable Tyrannosaurus Rex, reminiscent of the series’ inaugural game.

Details about the upcoming Tomb Raider game are still limited. However, it has been disclosed that Amazon is working on a new live-action series based on Tomb Raider, following its acquisition of the licensing rights in 2022 for a reported $600 million.
