Modern Warfare II’s Season Three to Feature Throwback to Classic Estate Map
Modern Warfare II’s Season Three is set to debut soon, and players are in for a treat as a new map, Pelayo’s Lighthouse, features a throwback to the iconic Estate map from the original Modern Warfare 2 released in 2009.

The new map includes a rebuilt version of the central cabin from Estate, which was known for its challenging angles and sightlines. While it’s not a full
return of Estate, it offers a unique experience with its semi-darkness and rain effects. Although some classic maps like Terminal and Dome have been brought back in full in previous updates, Estate was not expected to return.
Nevertheless, fans of the original game are excited to see any maps resurface. In addition to the new map, Season Three will also introduce the
FJX Imperium, a remake of the legendary Intervention sniper rifle from the original game. FaZe Dirty, a popular YouTuber, previewed the new weapon and the Estate remake in a recent video.
