New Update for Far Cry 5 Celebrates 5th Anniversary with 60fps Support on Next-Gen Consoles
Ubisoft has released a new update for Far Cry 5, one of its popular game series. The update, launched to celebrate the game’s fifth anniversary, will provide a smoother gaming experience on next-gen consoles.

The new update, which marks the fifth anniversary of the game, brings 60fps support to Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PS5 consoles. Although the Xbox Series consoles have already received 60fps support through Microsoft’s FPS Boost technology, this is the first time PS5 users will be able to experience the game at 60fps. In addition to this, Ubisoft is making the game free to play from March 23 to March 27.
