Responsibilities:

-Level Creation and Optimization: Craft and optimize captivating game levels for our mobile games, ensuring an immersive and enjoyable player experience.

-Game Mechanics Design: Develop innovative game mechanics and in-game experiences, including in-app events, new features, game modes, and social elements, contributing to the overall engagement of our players.

-Visual and Auditory Element Determination: Define the visual and auditory elements that enhance the gaming experience, creating an immersive environment for players.

-Game Economy Creation and Optimization: Design and optimize the in-game economy, balancing virtual assets and currencies to ensure a rewarding and sustainable player progression.

-Decision-Making Participation: Actively participate in the decision-making processes related to game design, providing valuable insights and contributing to the overall strategy of the games.

-Team Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team, collaborating seamlessly with developers, fellow game designers, product team members, and artists to bring the creative vision to life.

 

Required Qualifications:

-Minimum 1 Year of Mobile Game Design Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of live mobile game design or level design experience, demonstrating a practical understanding of the mobile gaming landscape.

-Creativity Implementation: Showcase a strong ability to translate creative ideas into tangible gaming elements, bringing innovation to the forefront of game design.

-Unity Game Engine Familiarity: Have a good understanding and familiarity with the Unity game engine, leveraging its capabilities to create dynamic and visually appealing game experiences.

-Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, addressing challenges to enhance the overall quality of game design.

-Proficient in English: Have proficiency in both written and spoken English, ensuring clear and effective communication within a diverse team.

-Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills, promoting collaboration and understanding among team members.
