Fortnite’s Unreal Editor now available on PC with Creator Economy 2.0 platform

During the recent GDC 2023, Epic Games announced that Fortnite’s Unreal Editor is now available to access on PC. The UEFN is a comprehensive toolkit for creators that allows them to build almost anything. With the UEFN, Fortnite Creative is set to rival other platforms such as Roblox in terms of opportunities for creativity.

However, it’s important to note that the UEFN is a complex application that can quickly become overwhelming for inexperienced users. Nevertheless, with the UEFN, creators can unleash their full potential and create unique and exciting content.

Along with the UEFN, Epic Games has also introduced Creator Economy 2.0, which allows creators to earn money from player engagement on their custom creations. Epic Games will place 40% of net revenue from the in-game Item Shop into an engagement pool, which will provide regular payouts to creators based on the level of engagement they secure.

Overall, the UEFN and the Creator Economy 2.0 platform are exciting developments for the Fortnite ecosystem. With these tools, creators can showcase their talents and earn money from their hard work.
