Responsibilities:

-Unleash Your Creativity: Transform game ideas into fully operational mobile masterpieces using Unity, showcasing your creativity and passion for game development.

-Support Comprehensive Development: Engage in all aspects of game development, from feature design to implementation, launch, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring a seamless and exceptional gaming experience.

-Game Dev Orchestration: Serve as the maestro of game development, orchestrating projects from inception to completion, contributing to the creation of legendary prototypes and final projects.

-Player-Centric UX Support: Collaborate on UX efforts to keep players hooked, ensuring a user-friendly and captivating gaming experience.

-Seamless Game Mechanics: Design, implement, and fine-tune game mechanics to deliver a seamless and engaging gameplay experience.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Join forces with game artists, designers, backend developers, and DevOps experts, fostering a collaborative environment for the creation of outstanding games.

-Code Quality Guardian: Act as the guardian of code and systems, ensuring high-quality standards across the entire team.

Required Qualifications:

-Educational Background: A degree (BS/MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or an equivalent amount of real-world experience.

-Proven Experience: At least one published mobile game or prototype showcasing your skills (excluding Hyper Casual games).

-Unity Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Unity 3D and mobile game development, demonstrating a solid understanding of programming fundamentals.

-Coding Mastery: The ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, reflecting a high level of coding proficiency.

-Problem-Solving Skills: A solution-focused mindset with ninja-like problem-solving skills, ensuring smooth development processes.

-Platform Integration: Experience in plugin integration for Android or iOS, contributing to the versatility of game development.

-System Development Mastery: A history of developing UI, audio, and animation systems that bring games to life, coupled with excellent CPU, GPU, and memory optimization skills.

-Software Architecture Understanding: An excellent understanding of software architecture, design, and development, showcasing your prowess as a software whisperer.

-Object-Oriented & Data-Oriented Skills: Strong object-oriented and data-oriented skills, including design, coding, and testing patterns.

-Tech Enthusiast: A curiosity for new tech, always eager to explore, discover, and share the latest tools and trends in game development.
