Responsibilities:

-3D Asset Creation: Develop captivating 3D assets and models, ranging from environments and characters to props, contributing to the overall visual excellence of our games.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Art, Product, and Development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration to deliver the best gaming experience.

-Artwork Evolution: Take charge of designing and evolving artwork from initial concept to production, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout.

-Market Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market, focusing on the concept, art, and gaming experiences to stay at the forefront of industry trends.

-Innovation with Technology: Explore and implement new technologies to create stunning game art, pushing the boundaries of visual excellence.

-Holistic Game Development: Involve and contribute to all aspects of game development, including Game Design, Logic, Feelings, Graphics, and UI, fostering a comprehensive approach to the gaming experience.

-Idea Contribution: Actively contribute new and innovative ideas for game design, features, and projects, driving creativity within the team.

 

Skills and Experience:

-Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or relevant fields, showcasing your commitment to a strong foundation in the arts.

-Professional Experience: Bring valuable experience in visual arts, especially in 3D game art, demonstrating your ability to create visually stunning and engaging assets.

-Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong knowledge of 3D editing tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, etc., enabling the delivery of high-quality assets.

-Advanced Skills: Showcase an advanced understanding of texture painting, material setup, low and high-poly modeling, UV painting, and topology, ensuring the creation of top-tier game assets.

-Unity Experience: Previous experience in Unity is a plus, indicating your familiarity with a popular game development platform.

-Gameplay Sensibility: Exhibit a keen sense of gameplay experience and pay special attention to detail, understanding the nuances that make a game truly immersive.

-Artistic Mastery: Demonstrate a great understanding of perspective, lighting, and composition, contributing to the overall visual appeal of the games.

-Team Player: Be a perfect team player with excellent communication skills, fostering a collaborative environment within the team.
