Ubisoft has now clarified that they will not delete your games just because you haven’t logged in frequently enough. Jessica Roache, Ubisoft’s Corporate Communications Manager, stated that accounts containing purchased PC games are not subject to deletion.

However, it is worth noting that under certain data protection laws, such as GDPR, Ubisoft may be required to close inactive accounts. This raises the question of whether this action would also affect purchased games.

According to Ubisoft’s terms and conditions, your account must remain inactive for six months before it could be subject to suspension and eventual deletion without prior notice. In 2021, there were reports claiming that Ubisoft had not been deleting inactive accounts within the timeframe mentioned in their terms and conditions, creating a contradiction in their policy.
